What lease term lengths does your community offer?
We offer a variety of leasing options, with terms ranging from 7 to 14 months to best suit your needs.
What size apartments does your community offer?
We offer one-bedroom apartments that are 835 square feet and two-bedroom apartments that are 1,075 square feet.
What utilities, if any, are included in the monthly rent?
No utilities are included in the base rent; however, there is an additional monthly fee of $50 for internet and $27 for valet trash. Water and sewer are billed separately based on occupancy and added to your monthly statement.
Amenities & Community Features
What amenities does your community offer?
Our community currently offers a pool, fitness center, grilling area, and access to nearby POA parks.
Does your community have EV charging stations? If not, are there any nearby?
There are currently no EV charging stations on-site. The closest charging station is located at the nearby Publix on Community Drive and Military Trail.
Where can guests park?
Guests are welcome to park in any available parking space unless otherwise designated.

Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes. Public transportation is available nearby via Palm Tran.
What attractions are nearby?
Nearby attractions include Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Outlets, and Downtown West Palm.
Mail & Deliveries
How does your community sort and receive mail/packages?
Packages are delivered directly to residents' front doors or securely stored in our Parcel Acceptance Lockers for convenient pickup.
